High quality
Don't waste money on cheaper models, they don't last long enough.
I have 3 bathrooms in my house. I used to buy less expensive models, which look almost the same as this one, and I had to replace them almost once a year. I got one of the "deluxe" type by accident and discovered that it is quite different in the quality of the material. The outside material is practically the same, but the foam inside is much denser, and there is more of it in the seat cushion, therefore it is much more durable. I guess, the wood core also plays an important role in making it last longer.
After having that one for number of years, I tried to find this quality seat for the other two of my bathrooms. Because of the specific color choice, I couldn't find it in stores. It's difficult to "feel" the difference online. When it was delivered, I was happy to find that the quality of this one was exactly as I was expecting. I am very happy with it.

Foam Toliet Seat
When I installed this toilet seat, the seat would not lay flat at the front on top of the bowl.

Added two plastic washers on each side of hinge where it bolted to the toilet bowl. This fixed the problem, but as I'm a buider and if I were to charge for labor, to get the washers, then install them, this seat is not worth the cost of the fix.

If I had not done this fix, the life of the seat hinges would be shorten and most likely broke.
Ok seat
I bought this to replace my old cushioned toilet seat, which had developed a puncture after several years. These type of seats are very comfortable and tend to feel as cold as regular toilet seats. The color in the picture is accurate.

The new seat has a very blunt end, making it slightly more circular than our toilet. So the toilet sticks out about a half an inch beyond the seat. It not a major mismatch and is hardly noticeable. What is a bit disconcerting is that the cushion does not immediately return to its original shape after being sat on. It continues to look somewhat squashed for sometime after use, despite that fact that it's new (and no one in this family weighs much more than a 150 lbs). I'm a little worried how it would perform a year or so from now.
