Kitchen Faucet = Shower
I just purchased and installed this faucet and with that I would have rated it 5 stars. Then my wife went to turn it on to test and the faucet sends water all over instead of just straight down. I thought it was the aerator so I cleaned, inspected, reassembled and tried again. No luck.... It is very disappointing that you really can't test water flow in the store<vbg>.
I will probably try another aerator before taking the unit out and replacing it with another brand. I also submitted my problem to PP to see what they say. I have had Kohler with not great results so I tried a PP. Not recommended at all.

BOUGHT FROM "I NEED STUFF" AND VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. HAD A DAMAGED GASKET BUT NOT BAD ENOUGH TO STOP INSTALLATION. TOLD THEM ABOUT GASKET AND GOT A E-MAIL STATING THEY WOULD REPLACE GASKET OR A DISCOUNT. I REFUSED, BECAUSE THE PROBLEM WAS NOTHING TO SPEAK OF. THOUGH, THIS SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE COMPANY.
