Very nice and inexpensive...
I bought this to replace my sister's old faucet that had seen better days. After taking off the old one and cleaning the residue which had hardened on the sink base, the new Banbury High-Arc faucet went in like a snap. It truly was an uneventful job putting this faucet in. Not only does this faucet look great, but it's so functional.........and the sprayer attachment was very easy as well. Two thumbs up for this Banbury High-Arc Faucet.

Works BUT
Lever for trip valve is too short, thus the flapper doesn't center over the opening and causes slight leakage. Not real happy with this product.
Great replacement parts cheaper than ordering from the manufacturer
I replaced the toilet trip lever and it fit perfectly and was exactly the replacement part that would fit. I love the fact that it was cheaper and got here faster than special ordering at Home Depot or online via the manufacturer.

I should have listened to my mother - don't buy a toilet online!
First, please note that this is JUST THE BOWL. I bought the bowl only the first time I ordered this, and had to order the tank later (which arrived very well packaged in one piece). Second, I should say that I haven't actually received a working toilet yet. I may very well end up completely satisfied with the product itself. However, I strongly recommend you do not buy a toilet bowl online no matter how cheap or how easy it seems to have a heavy toilet show up at your door with Amazon Prime.

My mom, who buys EVERYTHING online, warned me she'd tried this before and the toilet arrived broken, but I am a HUGE Amazon fan and assured her that any product purchased on Amazon would arrive safe and sound. The first toilet we received was shattered, and not packaged very well so it's not a shocker. Amazon was very good about taking it back (they sent UPS to pick it up), but it takes a while to get a replacement. The second toilet also arrived in pieces even despite our lengthy...

Current picture is misleading!
Note the Amazon site shows a picture of a complete toilet and tank, when what is actually being sold is the lower bowl section without the water tank. I will be buying the tank separately and even then I'll spend about $100 less than what this toilet would have cost me locally. I did call Amazon Customer Service and noted that unless a customer read the description carefully, it would be easy to miss that this is not a complete toilet. I did all my research on Toto's site so I didn't bother to read the detail on the Amazon site.

This is a Toto's latest and greatest Drake ii model and now uses 1 gallon per flush compared to the other Drake ii models which used 1.6 and 1.28 gallons per flush. Once I get the tank and install, I'll come back and review the toilet's performance. Hopefully it will work as well as other Toto's that have been previously reviewed. I've used too many low water flush toilets that don't flush well and as far as I'm concerned, not worth the lower...

Threads damaged - partial review
Arrived rapidly. Boxed nicely. Looks better than the photo.
Info.:
The hinge is not adjustable. Two-flap hinge mount at 5 1/2" from center-hole flap to center-hole flap. Bronze antiquing looks good.
Comes with two 2" long 1/4-20 all-thread pieces. Screw one end in flap, place seat on toilet poking remainder of all-threads through porcelain seat holes, and screw on plastic "flap nut" (do not know tech name, looks like a top hat with a hole on both ends.)
But. Washers supplied are those petrified hard plastic ones that are only good for throwing out the front door to see how far they can go. I used two red bendy nice thick washers (tech name thingy again.)
But. One hinge flap had damaged threads. So have a 1/4-20 bottoming handtap oiled up and ready to go as the flap hinges are blind holes - do not go all the way through. As I was tapping I got fine gray sand-like material clogging tap threads - not metal curly pigtails or metal confettie pieces. But...
