Threads damaged - partial review
Arrived rapidly. Boxed nicely. Looks better than the photo.

The hinge is not adjustable. Two-flap hinge mount at 5 1/2" from center-hole flap to center-hole flap. Bronze antiquing looks good.
Comes with two 2" long 1/4-20 all-thread pieces. Screw one end in flap, place seat on toilet poking remainder of all-threads through porcelain seat holes, and screw on plastic "flap nut" (do not know tech name, looks like a top hat with a hole on both ends.)
But. Washers supplied are those petrified hard plastic ones that are only good for throwing out the front door to see how far they can go. I used two red bendy nice thick washers (tech name thingy again.)
But. One hinge flap had damaged threads. So have a 1/4-20 bottoming handtap oiled up and ready to go as the flap hinges are blind holes - do not go all the way through. As I was tapping I got fine gray sand-like material clogging tap threads - not metal curly pigtails or metal confettie pieces. But...
