Bio bidet dial problems (fixed!)
My review is strictly with the Bio bidet Elite 3, not the seller. I have purchased 3 of these units in the past 12 months. The first one worked great and still does. However, the second unit had serious problems.After about 1 month, the front dial became impossible to turn. The back dial (water flow) was fine. I actually returned this item for replacement with a "newer" Elite 3 model but within a month, had the very same problem. I would personally avoid this manufacturer and seek a different brand.Although their higher end models may be just fine.
Update: OK, I sent Biobidet this information to be sure they are aware of this problem. They told me they had changed out the dials with new ones because of hard water problems. Without hesitation they immediately replaced all of my Biobidet Elite 3 units, no questions asked. I received them 2 days later. This is one awesome company. Biobidet rules! I wish all companies would be as accountable as this!

Excellent product
Okay so Bidets are not popular in the US for whatever reason. I guess everyone's bathroom habits are different and everybody has a different definition of what clean is. I was very skeptical about them and didn't think they were even sanitary until I saw this product in my cousin's house. Now, I'm hooked! I can't imagine doing my business any other way. My biggest fear I guess was water splashing up from the bowl back up to my undercarriage. This company has cleverly designed their product not to do that. My second fear was that the water stream would be too weak to effectively clean. Let me tell you folks....this thing on half way power feels like a power washer being aimed perfectly where it needs to go. I'm sold. I'm a believer I bought 3. Ladies, there is a feminine nozzle too so that way it cleans you after number one. Be sure to keep your legs together or you will find your bathroom wall will get sprayed by it. My girlfriend loves it ;) There is even a self cleaning...
