With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Beautiful faucet - packaging suspect...
This faucet is beautiful and just what I had looked for. I'm also a fan of Price Pfister.
That being said, when this arrived, the packaging was atrocious. The original box was wrapped in brown kraft paper and secured with tan packing tape. It looked like it had been thrown out of a truck and run over several times. Once all the paper and tape was removed, it appears this is a returned faucet. Even though the inside packaging appeared intact, the outside box was destroyed. I carefully inspected the parts and they all appeared present and in good shape. Alas, I was mistaken - when the handyman came to install it, we noticed a dent in the shaft. Not enough to be blatantly noticeable or impair function, but a dent none-the-less.
For this I blame the seller (Online Discount) and will be contacting them shortly. Shame on them for selling defective products without notifying the consumer.
