Not a product of quality
I bought this product because of the Kohler name. I installed it and every time I try to get soap from it I have to pump it MANY times to get anything out.
I DO NOT recommend this product. Don't be fooled by the Kohler name.

Excellent product
This soap dispenser matches nicely with the kitchen fauct. It works well, has a large soap storage bottle and looks attractive.
Wish it performed better.
Bought this to replace identical item just a few yrs old. Original NEVER pumped soap correctly, we always resorted to pulling the device out of the resevoir, and using the dish soap which clung to the siphon as a source of soap. So, finally, ordered replacement. Hoped for better results. This one is an improvement, but still kind of balky, even when siphon seems full, we have to "top off" the resevoir to get pumping through the unit.
Maybe its a design flaw? Or some kind of quality control issue? For $50, I think it could be better.
