With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Pop-up clicker does not work well
I have had two of the pop-up clicker drains. The quality of the overall drain is good. However, the clicker mechanism is very poorly engineered in my opinion. If you tighten it into the drain, it will not stay closed. To get it to work at all, you have to loosen it up click it down and then tighten it again. I have had the drain for 3 years and just had to replace the clicker mechanism becasue the old one just wore out. This piece is definitey not up to par with the Kohler standard and really reflects poorly on the overall user experience.

Get it
When we redid our bathroom I got sick of spending money on fixtures so I got two cheap drains for our Kohler sinks. It's just a drain, right? Wrong, the plastic ones sucked & kept clogging, then one actually cracked & started leaking a little. The frugal man pays in the end, and these drains are nicely made, solid, and have been great for the last year. If you don't get them, you'll end up like me, paying twice & installing the second set yourself!
BTW, I never knew drains were so involved - this one is for sinks with an overflow, they have another without the overflow holes also. I can't see that the holes would cause much of a problem for a non-overflow sink, but better to get the one you need.
Remodel
Remodeled a bathroom, changing colors. Re-plated other parts, but had to replace this one. Looks like new and made my wife happy. Thanks!
