Worked for us in a basement without macerating pump
We installed this in a basement with a sewer pipe running above the floor a few inches. We built a small platform about 15 inches off the floor and then using rubber adapters and PVC pipe ran drain pipe from the toilet to a cut end of the sewer pipe. We maintained a five inch drop which has worked well. We also added a back flow preventer for added protection against sewer water coming back in during heavy rain periods. Bought a 30 dollar tank instead of their 86 dollar one and it works great.

Worked well for me....
Having installed this prevented me from having to install an injector pit...if your main sewer line is no higher than 8" inches from finished floor..then this is ideal...as it flushes out the back and sits completely on the floor... I am VERY happy..

I have not been happy with the way you have shipped a particular item to me. It has arrived at my house all broken up. The item I am talking about is the sani-flo 007 toilet bowl. Could you please get this item in one peice so that I can finish this job that I should have finished a month ago. The hold up is the broken toilet. Please hurry up
