Huge Toilet
I was very hesitant about ordering an item this large without first seeing the actual product. Return shipment, although possible, would have been exorbitant. However, we do not have a Toto showroom in our immediate area and not sure this particular model would have been on display. I specifically wanted a Toto because it is a higher quality than other manufacturers, and I wanted to match the brand of the other toilet that I have.
The price was good so took a chance. Quick delivery . . . I believe it arrived within three days. It was well packaged and thus no damage.
The tank is humongous, even though it only uses 1.6 gallons. The tank doesn't fill all the way, and the plumber told me that it was for decorative purposes. Would not have bought it if I saw the actual product. I don't think I'll buy something this large again without first seeing it.
Verdict is still out on the Sanagloss glazing for easier cleaning.

Super Flusher!!!
We had to replace our toilet because it was old and frequently used. The old toilet began flushing slowly and unreliably. After a little research, we decided to take the plunge (pun intended) and belly-up to a more expensive toilet and we couldn't be happier. Granted it is still new, however it flushes like no other toilet I have used in a residence and it looks classy. We will eventually replace our other toilets with this toilet or the same toilet, but with a bigger bowl to handle my fat butt.
