Good toilet. Good shipping!
Have had this toilet for about 2 weeks. At 1.28gpf it is very frugal of water, and it really does flush well. Replaced a Kohler Rialto that I had had for 20 years. I liked the Rialto. It was very quiet - more quiet that the Toto - and flushed well, but did use 3 gal or so. Also had several minor problems - leaking flapper valve, broken fill valve, not too bad for 20 years use. So far, I can't tell any difference with the Sanagloss, but maybe in time... I like the elongated bowl/seat. It is about 2" longer than the round one. One of the main reasons I got this one (and paid more for it) was that it is NOT ADA height (~17" rim height). I'm close to 6' but most of my height is in my body. 30" inseam pants. As a result, I don't like a tall toilet seat. If you have long legs, this might not be important to you. Also, I read several reviews of other Toto units. Several people complained of damaged toilets and poor shipping and crating. My experience was opposite. Came much sooner than...
